Job Description - our Excellent Administrative Assistant will act as the point of contact for all employees and High Net Worth customers providing administrative support and managing their queries to be channeled on to management. Main duties include managing office stock and supplies; preparing regular reports and presentations with statistical data (e.g. expenses and office budgets); and organizing company calender, records and events. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis to improve the company's income and profits and customers satisfaction and loyalty.
